Work Management End-to-End Solution
Phase 1: Problem Reporting
How do you discover problems in need of attention? Maybe you conduct regular inspections on your assets to discover issues before they happen. You might also run a problem reporting hotline, often a phone number to receive citizen feedback on problems. At WebMapSolutions we are focused on making the problem reporting process easier. We have built 3 applications focused on automating the problem reporting process:
3. GeoAppSmart for Problem Reporting – A web application built with our GeoWeb framework. Social media feeds, which are geo-located, are an underused source of real-time data. Think about citizens reporting on a burst water pipe, blocked road, flooding. Twitter and other social media sources provide a rich source of data to help organizations track problems in real-time. Working with our friends are DataCapable, we have built GeoAppSmart for Problem Reporting, an app which maps real-time social media feeds using keywords.
Phase 2: Task Assignment
Need to quickly and simply create asset focused work orders, maybe based on a problem reported? GeoAppSmart for Work Orders has been designed to provide a very simple workflow to generate, view, and edit work orders. More than that the app provides the ability to manage field staff, generate reports automatically, and more. All built on top of a GIS.
Phase 3: Problem Resolution & Reporting
Need to provide maintenance staff an easy way to report back on work completed; maybe as a direct response to a work order? GeoAppSmart for Resolution Reporting is a web and mobile app which provides an intuitive way, whether online or offline, to view work orders and report back on maintenance tasks completed. The app automates the process of recording maintenance information while in the field. When finished this data is automatically pushed directly back into a GIS.
